1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using Consumer Lifeline Solutions (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent to create an account. All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and complete.

3. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login ID, password, and OTP. Any activity performed using your account is your responsibility. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Services and Transactions

• All transactions are final once confirmed. Reference numbers serve as official proof of transaction.
• Service fees and cashback rates are clearly displayed before confirmation and may be updated with prior notice.
• Cashback is credited based on your membership package and platform rules.
• We are not liable for delays or errors caused by third-party providers (telcos, utilities, couriers, etc.).

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized transactions
• Create multiple accounts to abuse rewards or services
• Share your account details or allow others to use your account
• Interfere with the security or functionality of the system

6. Account Suspension / Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these terms, without prior notice or refund, if necessary.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
